How to Process a Return
Each product you purchase is made per order, so we only accept returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date. Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for return shipping.
Start the process by filling out the form below. Include your name, email, phone number, order number and in the comments section, make sure to indicate whether you are looking to exchange it (provide product/size info) or would like to receive store credit. Once we receive your request, we’ll authorize your return and provide you with further return directions via email. Please note, unauthorized exchanges will be refused.
Once your return is received, we will immediately process the exchange or provide you with store credit in the form of an electronic gift card. Please be patient.
In situations where you’ve received the wrong item or the product you receive is damaged, you must notify us within 7-days of the “delivered date” on your tracking. This includes missing pieces or anything wrong with your order or garment. This way we can make it right as soon as possible.
No returns will be accepted for items kept past the 30 day mark (as described above) or for sale items.
